On my friends XP Lenovo T60 he can rotate his screen by pressing CTRL ALT and a arrow key. My T61 with Vista can't do this. How can I enable this feature?

I don't know, but is there any chance of enabling / diabling global hotkeys or their settings? may be you could check there too.. -
It's kind of annoying to keep going there, is there anyway to set those keys to do it?

Maybe there is a program available to the Tablet series thinkpads on the lenovo site. Who knows if it will work or not, but maybe it is a simple app that changes the video settings automatically. Something to look up.

But since you say that the ctrl+alt+arrow key is not working for you (but it worked in your friends system), are you sure this rotating feature with keyboard hotkeys are enabled somewhere? I don't know where you would look for it, but its possible the default is set to nothing.. probably you just to enable them.. for this you could check in the display settings or graphics card control panel / setting, to name a few...

Open up your graphics driver control panel. There should be an option to enable rotation hotkeys there. This works both on the x200 normal as well as the x200 Tablet (although the tablet can rotate automatically with the accelerometer) and it should work for your T61.
