    Hey,

I bought a Nylon ThinkPad Case and... it's a little bulky when there is something in it besides the notebook itself. So.. I need to return it.

Are there any rules besides within 21 days? Also, is it 21 days from the time you purchase it or from the time you receive it? One more thing, once you have used it for 2 weeks do you think they will accept it? (It's still in excellent condition.)

    Thanks,
    Matt

I think it's 21 from the day you get it. Call them and see what they say. Maybe accessories have a different policy than hardware...?
