PC is a 3000 N100 running XP Home SP2 - about 4 months old. Haven't had cause to use DVD-CD software before. When I close it I get a C++ runtime error in Common Files\Sonic Shared\Sonic Central\Main\Mediahub.exe - R6025 pure virtual function call.

Unforunately here in the UK the Lenovo support seems almost non-existent for personal users like me. That's in spite of the much vaunted quality of the product and its support.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

    Regards

    John

Thanks ZaZ. In fact I'd subsequently found that link. M$ had been nagging me to install MP11 so I suspect that's the problem. Back to MP10 then - no issues doing that, I hope!
