Hey all, its been awhile since I had to do this with my E1505 or post here. But I fell in love with this lil netbook and now Im a lil confused on the partitioning for it. I guess if I redo it, Ill lose the sda2 recovery partition? Is that right? So was wondering what would be the best way to have a recovery of the HD and whats best Partition setup to use for Ubuntu on this? Was thinking of making it have 20-30GB for it.

Dont have my E1505 on me atm since I am at work, but just put the live ubuntu 9.04 on USB so I am ready to setup the partitions and so, but just not sure which direction to go since it has that quick start mode which I read is controlled by windows vs a partition, is that right? Anyways thanks in advance for any help. =)

My guess would be if you install Linux and use grub as the boot loader, you'll lose the recovery partition.
