I have a T60 and T61 that I'm working on. I need to get new harddrives for them, but am not sure which to get. I see SATA 150 and SATA 300. Which do those models use or does it matter?

    Thanks.

They are compatible with SATA-300, and SATA-300 Hard-drives are backward compatible with SATA-150.

    (Get any, doesn't really matter)

Just get any 2.5" SATA laptop HDD and it will work fine.
