I sent back a 2623 D6U because of skipping DVD's. Sent me a new burned, same thing, I did all the updtaes, etc. Saw another review with apparent similar problem. Any problems with your T60's and skipping DVD's on the multi burner unit?????/

    ibm meister,

I had the same problem. Just delete the ATI Hotkey Poller (there are two instances) from the Startup Menu. I think the file was ati2evxx.exeif my memory serves. Anyway, that fixed the DVD issue and caused no problems. Apparently, these files are used by the video card if you want to quikly assign other (external?) displays. You still can assign them if you want, just not witht the hotkey once these files are removed from startup. Hope this helps.

I got the new one, it did the same thing, deleted the poller, fine. Too bad I had to send back yet another Lenovo product to get one to work, why don't they get it?

    Thanks alot!

Thank you. I'm glad I could help.

However, I can't take credit for the discovery, I was only passing along infromation that I had dug up from others who had had a similar issue and managed to resolve it.
