The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    SL series on lenovo's US website!?

    Last night I caught a bit of updating on lenovo's canadian website, which displayed the SL series. I went back there this morning but it wasn't there anymore.

    Lenovo's US website does show the SL series and it appears to be taking orders! It doesn't let you customize the machine, though

    It doesn't look like any of the new notebooks will be released this week in Canada, Lenovo Canada extended the current sale until July 21. Same thing goes for the new notebooks from HP and Sony, I guess I just have to keep lurking on the US sites for now :(
