    Dear all,

SL400 have been used for few days. Suddenly all USB devices stop working. Any USB key, thumb drive, etc suddenly not recognized by Windows.
There is a yellow exclamation mark in USB Controller section in Device Manager.

Already reinstall Intel Storage Matrix Manager, Thinkpad System Interface Driver, OSFixes with no success.

Any help please? Thanks in advance.

On both. Either with the charger plugged in our out, it is still the same. The battery is fully charged.
