I went into my device manager for the first time after buying the laptop.
I noticed that one of my graphics cards is not working.....

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

    Anyone got any suggestions.

I have not disabled it earlier or anything.

    Please help!

Go to Nvidia and try downloading the latest driver. Also, you might wanna flash the updated vbios to the card if you upgraded to Windows 8.1
