    Am I the only one who gets extremely slow download speeds from the download servers used in the Thinkvantage system update app. Maybe 100kb/s at its fastest, but averagely 50kb/s. I mean, it's going to take all day to get the +600mb i need in downloads.

    i download pretty quick with the application but i think the application SUCKS. It never downloads the latest patches.

    Over here on my side it is downloading really quickly. I believe it is your internet connection.

    I hate to install this software on my X61s(XP inside), becuase it requires .net 2.0!!

    at least yours still works. mine was fine until a coupl eweeks ago and it just gives me error messages when i try to run it. cant uninstall it properly iether becuase of some server proxy process crap that i cant stop.
