On the 128 lenovo SSD that is sold with the x201, does anyone know how much free space is available when the unit is shipped?

    With or without the OS?

119GB is usable before any form of programs or OS installed.

    "or OS installed"

Windows is the os or operating system. To answer you question though, there should easily be 100 GB of free space when the OS is installed and nothing else.

On my new X201 with the 128gb SD, running Windows 7 64 bit, it came with a little more than 80 gigabits free (10gb is devoted to a dedicated lenovo recovery partition). I didn't ask for any software pre-installed, although there is some bloatware that I have yet to remove.
