I just installed a Samsung 470 128GB drive in my x120e. I probably did this the hard way, but installed a clean version of Win7 and all of the drivers from Lenovos website, that I needed.

Is there a way to get the same performance boost that I had before when all was factory configured?

Boot time is about 30s now but would like to shave off any additional time if possible.

    Thanks
