I got my second T400 and I installed Crucial M4 SSD on it, since the laptop didn't come with Windows 7 then I had to use the Lenovo tool to create a backup image using their tool which was like 29gigs..

Every now and then the system freezes and I have to reboot.. sometimes when I reboot Windows shows it recovered from a serious error and the error was "blue screen"... do u guys have any clue what is causing the issue?

Do you have the error code of the BSOD? You can also check the event viewing for the BSOD..

I'm not really sure but it could be something related to the firmware version of your SSD - would it be possible for you to check whether you are running on the latest one?

Make sure that you are using the latest Intel storage driver.
