As I don't think you'd notice much of a performance difference between the four drives (regardless of the nominal speeds), I'd go for the best value... but in this case, that's the OCZ, which I would generally avoid.

Probably the M4 or the Intel... I like Intel though, so obviously I'd recommend that :D

so they would all fit the X200T right? Right somewhere before that Thinkpad uses different bay size than the industry standard, don't know if this applies to the x200t.

Yes all those drives will work. I currently have a Intel X25-M G1 80 GB inside my X200T. I would recommend the Intel over all the other choices.

Intel for best compatibility and reliability. (excluding the 510 series that are based on Marvell controller though) You might want to consider the X25-M G2 and the 320 Series.

The Marvell based SSDs (e.g. Crucial M4, Plextor etc) are great at performance but may also come with compatibility issues.

The Samsung SSDs are also nice to have, good performance and good compatibility/reliability. Just remember to update the firmware (Lenovo firmware for 470, and Samsung official firmware for 830).

Avoid all those SandForce based SSds (e.g. OCZ) unless you like BSOD.

Avoid OCZ if you value customer support. Sandforce makes some of the fastest controllers out there, but their reliability track record isn't very good.

Personally I'd go with a drive with an Intel, Marvell, or Samsung controller. I just got a Samsung 830 and I absolutely love it. It's power-efficient, very, very fast, and has good background garbage collection (important, since I don't use TRIM.)

If you choose the Intel 320 Series remember to update to the 4PC10362 firmware to address the 8MB bug.

If you choose the Crucial M4 remember to update to the 0309 firmware to address the 5184 hours bug.

If you choose the Samsung 830 remember to update to the CXM02B1Q firmware to address the write amplification and performance loss bug.

Personally I've never experiences issues with my SF-1200 controlled based SSDs (Agility 2 60GB in my Vostro 1500, and Vertex 2 80 GB in my Latitude 13 before I sold it) but those were the last problem free SandForce drives. Alot of new SF drives have BSOD upon exiting hibernation/sleep. But yes generally I would avoid SF if you don't like BSOD.

If I had a single 9.5mm bay, I'd be looking at the Momentus XT.

OK, I bought the Intel 120GB, I just formatted it in MBR. Now what should I do?

Certain batches force asynchronous nand to run as synchronous, causing instability. If you are not caught then you've been lucky :)
Easiest way: install Windows, then install Intel SSD Toolbox 3.0.2 and let it check the firmware for you.

man what's with the "Estimated Life Remaining" bar, sounds like my SSD is going to die soon :S
