I was just checking my order status and I noticed that there is a sales rep listed on my order now.

I placed this order online, but had to change the HDD to 100gb 7200 rpm as I used the TailorMade deal and that would have put it at $1610 to give it full 10% discount and ~$10 for the upgraded HDD.

Does this mean that he canceled my online order and placed another one? (possible delay maybe?)

Well, make sure the price is the same or better...otherwise you have a call or two to make.
