I was overcharged for the two T61's I purchased, and my sales rep adjusted my price, even though I had AMEX and Fatwallet discounts. My sales rep said:
I have adjusted the price to include the Shareholder coupon. It actually has dropped lower than the price you saw, as the 10% off coupon should have applied to both systems instead of just one. I will send you a new email confirmation. As for the AMEX discount and Fat Wallet, it should not affect anything as the order was still placed online.
Somehow she got the price $162 cheaper than even I expected, so I have no complaints there. But will AMEX Tailormade still really go through, being that the order number is the same and all? If Fatwallet doesn't go through I won't complain because she somehow lowered the price more than Fatwallet could have.
