Just wondering what others set their screen brightness to, I set mine to 60% on A/C. I know different models/screens have different brightness even at the same level, I just want to have an idea, you can post your laptop model if you like.

    Thanks. [IMG]

    When on A/C, 100%.

When on battery, between 10-30%, depending on what I'm doing/where I am.

    And I have a T61.

    :)

Depends on the situation. If I'm at home where the adapter is close by I'll usually be a full brightness. If I'm away and need to conserve battery life I'm usually on four of seven.

I have a T61p with an LG screen.

When on A/C, I set it to 75%.
    When on battery, 65%.

    75% (12 / 16 step) for my T400 WXGA+ LED. 100% is blindingly bright.

 yes, i have a samsung. it sucks. I think I try to compensate for nasty colors by cranking up the brightness.

My T400 came with the prettiest, most vivid LG panel I've ever seen in my life, so I can put this crap Samsung T61 on eBay now.

How much are you expecting to get for it on eBay given its deficiencies?
