The screens on the X300 and X300 are noticeable blue and appear washed out. We all know that screen quality on these units is questionable but I think proper calibration may improve the picture quality.

The graphics options include color adjustment but after playing with them I was unable to get an appreciable improvement over the default settings.

Doe anyone have a recommendation on how to set the gamma, brightness and contrast for the three colors to improve the screen?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

i just ordered a hardware calibration system (Spyder2 Suite) for my 30" Samsung, and I hope I can use it on my little guy as well (x301)
