    Hello,

this may be a generic question for all/most laptop screens, but since I work with a T41, I thought I would post it here. I usually work with my laptop at the higher resolution of 1400x1050. When connected to a projector (doing PowerPoints), I usually have to go to a lower resolution 1024x768. At the lower resolution, the display is significantly blurry (compared to the 'crisp' sharp display of 1400x1050). Am I missing or forgetting something? Cheers friends.

Your not missing anything, less resolution will always be less crisp or sharp than higher resolutions. It may be even more so on a notebook display as they are designed for one resolution and switching to something lower will never look as good.

thanx Bootleg, that's what I initially thought, but always hoped that I was wrong, the screen of T41 (SXGA+(1400X1050)) has got to be one of the best screens I have worked with on a laptop. Just FYI I have seen the Sony Vaio Z1's screen and its pretty poor. I think the Z1 is the closest laptop that comes to speed with the T40/41
