For some reason I can't adjust the screen brightness after coming back from standby/hibernation on my t61. There's no OSD or any change in brightness when i hold Fn and press home/end. Anybody have a similar problem or can help?

I have it, after some searching on here I found that If I closed the lid again after coming back from sleep it worked fine.

I've had the same problem, so it's an OS thing. Thanks for the answer rick. I'll be trying that! So far I've just had to restart. :p

Great tip Rick, thanks! Although it is a bit troublesome every time I come back from standby. Hope SP1 fixes it though.

Yeah, the only thing I could do was a restart. Which was kind of annoying, but since it doesn't happen often I won't whine about it here.
