I have an X 220 on order as well as an Intel 80GB mPCI SSD and I was wondering where do you get the 2 screws needed to attach the end of the mPCIe SSD to the inside of the laptop? Is it a clip-in deign like RAM, or do I have to special order some weird screw size from Lenovo?

How is everyone else completing this installation?

In my T420s, there was 1 screw and it was in the laptop already.

    Really!?
    Thanks bogatyr
That's great news if they do that for the X 220 as well.

Can any X220 owners out there confirm that?

My X201 had the screws as well, though I was installing a WWAN card in the slot for that laptop. I believe they all come with the screws.

The X220 already comes with 1 screw already in place to fix the msata drive. Their is 2 whole but only 1 screw though. When I installed mine I didn't bother with the second screw, the drive is already fixed in its stocket + the 1 screw prevent it from sliding out.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'm glad Lenovo paid attention to that little detail. I thought it was going to be a show stopper.
