I have a T400 running Windows XP Professional SP3. I am not able to use the scrolling functions of either the Trackpoint or the touch pad in iTunes (latest version). Anyone have the same issue or does your work fine?

    Go to C:\Program Files\Synaptics\TP4table.dat. Add:

    ; iTunes
    *,*,iTunes.exe,*,*,*,WheelVkey,0,9

to the pass 0 rules section. Reboot.

Wow that was a really quick, accurate, and to-the-point response. It took a couple seconds and worked perfectly. Thanks so much!

    I do what I can, then I don't.

hmm, great post Zaz, thanks a lot. I've had this problem with a number of lame apps that I just figured wouldn't work with the scrolling because they were either too ancient or too buggy.

    Thanks again!

Hey Zaz, would you happen to know some cool way to get the Fn playback keys on the normal arrow keys to work with an application of your choice?

    Some more questions regarding scrolling:

    1. How come I cannot scroll horizontally in some applications/situations? (I can't think of exactly when but I will take note next time it happens)

    2. Why can't I scroll in drop down menus/boxes in Firefox?
