I've to choice a budget 128 gb ssd disk for my lenovo x220.

    I'm interested primarly in durability.

Are there other options apart Samsung 840 and Crucial M4 ?

I'd like to pay no more 90 euro for this buy.

    I suggest the Plextor M5.
Consider you have a m-sata slot in your notebook (if I'm not mistaken), so you'd be better going with a m-sata ssd and pairing it with your HDD.
The Plextor has a m-sata variant, it's called M5M: it's the same identical ssd, just a different form factor. The Crucial M4 also has a m-sata variant, I'm not sure if it has the same performance as standard 2,5" one though.

In the end I would say: plextor or crucial. Plextor is a bit more expensive, but IMHO it's worth it. Each brand has both 2,5" (9,5mm and 7mm) and m-sata variants. It's up to you!
