    Searching on Lenovo's site using serial number?

    Greetings!

    I'm trying to look up specifics about a couple of x61 and x60s computers.
    Here I can find the model, by entering the 7 digit "type" number: Lenovo Support - Product and Parts (US)
    But isn't there a place where I can also fill in the 7 digit serial number (called S/N) to find out more about the specific computer?

    It used to accept the dash in the serial number but the last time I tried it, it didn't like the dash. Take it out.
