I'm just curious why you'd want another SSD when you've already got a 64GB in the main bay? I think there was someone who got one over on TPF. I don't recall any issues. Do you have any other choices? Worst case is it doesn't work and you can dispute it with Paypal.

My plan is to keep the 64GB SSD in main bay for win7 and use secondary drive (160GB SSD or 320GB HDD) for media files.

Just ordered one, can post some feedback after I have installed it.

Wouldn't you better off with a platter drive, which would offer you more space for less money? Speed isn't as important for storage. Something like the Hitachi 500GB Z5k500 should fit the bay and might be worth a look. I have that drive in my X220i.

I thought that the biggest 7mm drive was 320GB, 500GB would be even better (you can never have to much storage) :D Or is there a 750GB/1TB drive also?

I have the 500GB Z5k500 in my X220i, though they're a little hard to find at the moment, but they do exist.
