When I called to cancel my 1st T61 order, it was too late and it already been processed for shipping. They told me to call back when it arrives and I could get an RMA to ship it back for a full refund. Well it came yesterday so I spent a good 40 minutes on the phone with Lenovo getting this sorted out. I had a really hard time understanding the lady (Indian accent) but I thought she said I would get a UPS shipping label. I received the RMA number right away but it said nothing about a UPS shipping label. I don't have the time today to sit on the phone with them again so just thought I would ask here. Thanks!

You should have received two separate emails. They should arrive within seconds of each other - well, at least mine did, last month.
The email first provides your RMA.
The second email provides your UPS shipping label, which you are expected to print out, attach to your carton, etc. -
In my case, I got the RMA nos, I had to write the numbers on the boxes. After that, UPS came to pick it up from my place. Lenovo sent the labels directly to UPS. The UPS driver brought the labels and stuck it on my boxes.
All I had to do was write the RMA on the boxes.
Again, I did not get any shipping label. -
Looks like I'll be calling on Monday as I still haven't received anything.
Sending back T61 to Lenovo...recieved RMA but am I suppost to get a shipping label?
