Anyone try to run a 2560x1600 monitor on a single DVI connection on one of the new series 3 docking stations? Will it work? Are those connectors electrically Dual-Link, or just single?

it could done using the active dell displayport to dvi adapter, i haven't heard anyone successfully tried that using the normal DVI port.

It will not work. Unfortunately, Series 3 and Series 3+ docks have only single-link DVI. And, the DisplayPort on the 3+ maxes out at 1920x1200. Lenovo, you blew it.
