    I have t61 14.1wide and my fan is making a very loud noise as if it is hitting something on every rotation. I guess I will half to open up the computer but it would be nice to know what to expect if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

    If you think it is hitting something in there, then call support. That's what they're there for.

    do not open it.. just call tech support 1800-426-7378 option 1,1,1 then your machine's four digit number.. this number is from houston... the people are really nice and you won't have to wait for a long time
