I set up an RMA this week and am wondering the process of doing this. I called and asked if they were going to send a box and they said yes, but the guy did not sound very convincing.
So if anyone has returned a product within their 30 day period, how did it go? I have the RMA number, and assume it would take a few days if a box did arrive. Was the return shipping paid for as well?
Thanks

I just returned mine, and they sent UPS to pick it up at my house.
I ordered it through the educational area, so it may be different. -
Why are you guys returning, just out of curiosity. Defective stuff or decide on another laptop?

One laptop that got shipped that was supposed to be returned was really easy to setup an RMA for. They paid for my return shipping, and I got an email that I had to print out and tape to the side of the box, with also the RMA # written on the outside of the package as well. Took about 5-6 minutes on the phone to get this done.

IBM had FedEx picked up mine and sent me a bill for returning it back. Called, they said they have to charge customer for shipping fee if not defective. Second return, they said they would not send FedEx to pick it up, and the rep said he don't know why the last rep did so for the first return. Still I have to pay for the shipping. It took 2-3 hours on the phone to get this done.
In my case, both returns are because of bad quality build. -
Yeah they told me the same thing. Not defective so I had to pay for shipping back.
Setup RMA-Do they send you a box and pay for shipping?
