    Ship Date on a Sunday?

    Is it possible that Lenovo will ship on a Sunday?.....I ordered my T61P on the 5th of October and its been 3 weeks now, still not shipped. I gave Lenovo (U.S. CS) and they told me that it will ship on the "28".....but it happen to be a Sunday......is that possible or are they just trying to give me something just for the sake of having a ship date?

    If it flies from China, it is possible. On Sunday evening, it's Monday morning there. I ordered T61 on Oct. 9th, but it's still in process.....Do they have interest in their business????

    The difference in Time Zones makes it so that from "our" perspective the Laptop ships on a Sunday. My Laptop shipped on the 21st as well, which is a Sunday, even though when I received the shipment notification it was technically Monday around 3:00AM.

    Ignore the above poster, I hope your Laptop ships on the 28th as they have stated.

    Thanks guys........turned out y'all were right, they do ship on Sundays....I just got a tracking info this morning......it was shipped yesterday 28th of Oct. and they did upgrade it to express shipping (they better :D ).....should have it tomorrow!!!!

    mine shipped on sunday too. I think they don't upgrade the shipping, the express is the normal one. It's quite quick though. Is yours currently withheld in customs like mine?

    really....the reason why i thought it was upgraded is that it originally was a Ground shipping......anyway it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow......I don't think mine is witheld in customs since on the UPS website (2hrs ago) it was stated that it was last scanned in the Ontario warehouse where I'm located....fingers crossed!!!!

    Expedited Shipping = Ground (5 Days-ish delivery time)

    Express Shipping = Express (2 Days-ish delivery time)

    Strange, lenovo says Ground, but the ups tracking says express. Good for me anyways. It's also scheduled for tomorrow, which would make it two days.
