I paid for the 2day shipping and apparently I'm not going to get it.

The laptop shipped October 10th and was supposed to arrive today. Any idea why I am getting all these delays? Do I get refunded for the 2day shipping? This sucks.

You were hit with customs because they did not provide individual documentation for your laptop :(. Sorry and goodluck.

It sounds like Lenovo botched the paperwork for importing the notebook. This might take a little while to sort out.

Seems like Lenovo would figure this one out? I figure they might have sent a couple laptops to the US? BLAH.

I believe a few days...because lenovo has to send proper documentation for the whole lot of them to be released. I am not sure if yours was stopped with a WHOLE batch. There is a lot of complaining about it in the has your x200 shipped yet thread. Sadly it is probably going to be +3 to 5 days I'd imagine, unless they handle those issues better this time :\.

This just happened to my shipment (well so far the SHIPMENT IS HELD TO VERIFY COMMODITY DESCRIPTION WITH THE CUSTOMER FOR CORRECT CLASSIFICATION part has happened). How long did it end up delaying your order? I think I need to cancel my order now as I can't afford to wait any longer. Am I able to cancel an order after it ships?
