Hey guys, I ordered a T520 and canceled it because they release a new coupon, but one day after I cancel it, they send me notice that the item is shipped. They said it will take 2 days for canceling, that is why it is still shipped. And I might be in charge of the shipping cost. So how much does it cost for returning, and can I talk to rep to get rid of the shipping cost?

Seems like canceling just expedites the shipping...

Grabs popcorn and waits for the story to get better.

rather than cancel just to apply a new coupon, follow my advice here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/lenovo-ibm/573066-lenovo-their-discounts.html#post7413921
sales will price match within 21 days if a new coupon nets you a lower price.
thor certainly does eat a lot of popcorn around here though.

Ok, can I do it now? Make them change the price for the shipped one and cancel the latter one, and make sure the latter one is not shipped.

Was that you in the Lenovo W520 unboxing movie? -
create a quote and have them price match it after the system has shipped. as i just learned the other day, the current policy is to credit the difference afterward rather than change the current order.
ha... no, that's a totally different erik. i don't have any tattoos or play a supporting role in any computer movies.
