This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Should I get 64-bit Vista?

    I'm getting a T61 and I'm not sure if I should get the 64-bit version. Are there going to be any programs that take advantage of 64-bit within the next year? I'm getting the home premium version of vista, so will the CD have an option to upgrade to 64-bit?
