I LOVE my T410, everything on it has been great except for the fact that it came to me from the factory with a scratch on the LCD. I really don't want to send my whole system in. What do you think my options are? I really can't see it *at all* when the screen is on, only when it's off and then I have to look at it from an extreme angle to see it. It still bugs me that it's there though. Everything else about my thinkpad is wonderful. What would you do?

I'd just keep. I hate the hassle with getting something repaired and not having my computer. If you have a good backup laptop then I would consider it.

I would return the unit and order a new one if it's less than 2 weeks old.

If you can't notice it when your using it, then I'd just keep it, and try to "forgettabout it".
I know I'm the same way. Once I know a small defect is there, that's all I will think about lol However, I personally don't think it would be worth your time to go though sending it into Lenovo, waiting for a replacement screen, etc.
Now, if it was noticeable when your using the machine, that's a different problem.

Yeah I think you're right. I'll just keep it. Thanks. :)
