They seem to be older updates...am I safe ignoring them and just using Lenovo updates?

You should be OK sticking by the manufacturer updates over the Windows one. I would just ignore those updates if your system had been working fine beforehand.

    Installing the corresponding Lenovo updates

Bing Search > site:support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads "x220 tablet" ("wacom pen driver" OR "monitor file")

should prevent the first and third items from being offered. If they continue to be, you can hide them.

The second item prevents the loss of a jump list with 999 items. Although you may never have a jump list with 999 items, losing one would likely expose those around you to an unfortunate expansion of your vocabulary.

Note: The Bing Search above will return URLs using the LegacyDocID=MIGR syntax. If you prefer URLs with the DocID=DS syntax (and who wouldn't), add the "docid=ds" parameter to the search:

Bing Search > site:support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads "docid=ds" "x220 tablet" ("wacom pen driver" OR "monitor file")
