    Hi,
Where can i buy a sierra MC8775 card for my t61?
Is the US wwan card locked? Can i be unlocked?

I have a location for a sim card under the battery it's not a empty slot.
You can insert a sim card it's not an empty slot, you see a sim reader/electronics. You see you insert the sim card in a device.

I ordered the WWAN antenna's(when building my t61, it was free).

    thnx and please advice

The mini-pcie slot under the battery is for WLAN.

There should also be a slot just above the pcmia slot. That's where WAN goes. This is NOT a good place to put a WWAN card because your cable will be off. The doesn't sound like a big deal but actually there's no real room in there for cable excesses. A little bit of cable movement can cause a fan error by stopping the fan.
