    Hi all,

I'm loving my T61, but one thing that i'm curious about is when I travel is it better to close the lid and put my laptop in Standby/Sleep or Hibernate?

What about your typical daily use. Do you use standby/sleep or hibernate?

    thanks so much,

    Jeff

    Neither.

Hibernate is just too slow. I figure you might as well shut down.

99% of the time I just shut down since it only takes 50 seconds for me to power up. the other 1% of the time I use Sleep.
