    Looking for a recommendation on a sleeve for the W500 with the 9-cell battery attached. I've had bad recommendations on sleeves in the past, so please recommend one that you've actually seen/used and that fits the W500 WITH the 9-cell battery. Thanks for the help.

    I have the Zeroshock III 15.4" widescreen sleeve, which fits my T500 with 9-cell perfectly. The W500 and T500 are the exact same case, so your laptop should also fit with no problems.

    Thanks for the recommendation, does the Zeroshock case fit it exactly or is there space around sides/top & bottom? Asking since the case seems to fit the MacBook Pro 15" also, which is different in size than the W500. thanks

    Nope, fits exactly, with no wiggle room at all. In fact, I would say it's rather tight, although I have no worry that the sleeve will rip.
