    Hey all,

I'm looking to get a decent quality notebook sleeve for my T420s. I bought the 14" one from Lenovo yet of course it doesn't fit despite being listed under the accessories. Plus it is of awful quality anyways.

Anyone have any sleeves/cases they really like? There doesn't seem to be a large amount of 14.1" sleeves on the market today.

    Thanks!

Is the Lenovo sleeve too big or too small? Older sleeves tend to be a squarer shape more appropriate to 16:10 displays (or current notebooks with an extended battery protruding at the back). You need to note the dimensions of your T420s and then search for sleeves suitable for those dimensions. I found something suitable for my T420s in a sale. I think it was labelled as a 13" sleeve but is just big enough.

i'm using Zeroshock III for my t420s. it's a bit bigger than the depth of the laptop, but it doesn't move around and provides decent protection against bumps. also a bit bulky and makes the laptop look like a 15", trade-off for protection i guess

The sleeve seems to be meant for a 14" 16:10 computer due to it being to squarish and not wide enough for my T420s. Only would lenovo still include that in the accessories for T420s, I apparently should have checked the dimensions.

I'll take a look at your guys' suggestions. Thanks

I believe that sleeves would just make the corners of the lid wear out more quickly...

They do. If it's a snug fit, the corners on the soft touch rubber will eventually wear away. Character building :)
