    Hello,

I just got a T61 a couple days ago, and had a few pictures on CD that I wanted to burn. However, it's taking a ridiculous amount of time to burn. I am currently only getting speeds of 380 kB/s. I got the "DVD Recordable 8x Max Dual Layer, Ultrabay Slim" drive and it's a Mat****a UJ-852. I found only it is a 24x read which should be around 3.5 Mb/s. Did I get a lemon? Is there anyway to up the speed in Vista? Should I contact Tech Support? Thanks!
