I wasn't expecting it to appear on my T61 until lenovo issue a driver update for the Upek Fingerprint reader, as SP1 have a known conflict with it..

But today along with MS monthly tuesday update, SP1 appeared. I checked my driver version, it's still the one mentioned in the above link. Ideas anyone?

Edit: I'm using a NVS 140m card, so the only conflicted driver is the fingerprint reader

i have a pretty similar setup with an R61. I dont have any problems with the fingerprint driver and SP1. I did a clean vista install and used the Lenovo fingerprint driver and the updated driver from the mfg website and have had no problems. maybe the the hardware is slightly different? not likely but possible.
