I just received the W500 I ordered and I have a couple questions.

    1. I noticed the keyboard flexes on the left side. Does Lenovo still send out free keyboard replacements?

    2. Will most 15" sleeves fit my W500 with the extended battery? Currently I am looking at a Timbuk2 sleeve, but feel free to recommend other sleeves that might be better.

It's Lenovo's Policy that the keyboard has been fixed, which means no free replacement. If it bothers you that much, you can buy a T61 keyboard and swap it.

1.- Probably not, but worth a try if your persuasion skills are well-honed.

2.- My T500 with a 9-cell battery fits very snuggly in the ZeroShock III sleeve. Any larger, though, and the zipper probably won't close.
