Since I haven't own a T61 or T60 previously (X series instead), I was wondering is it natural that there's a little gap when the screen closed? I notice that the screen did not close completely on mine T61, instead there seemed to be a lot of flexing once I try to push down on the screen. Is this natural or is there a real issue. I probably going to look into it some more once I upgrade the memory but I sure would appreciate feedbacks from previous T61 owners. Mine is the widescreen version by the way. Thanks in advance.

I have a 14.1 widescreen T61. There's a small gap when the lid is closed, and I believe it is normal. It may have something to do with the tension that helps keep the lid open. As long as the screen latches when you close it I wouldn't worry about it.
