    So Lenovo already screwed up the rebook by processing it without the webcam. I told them I'm fine with that, just get me my computer, but I havve to fax them documentation so I can get my price reduced (Which I think is ridiculous)

    But now looking at my order, the graphics card doesn't look right? Is that the right code for the x3100?

    This is a huge disappointment so far, I'm very close to canceling my order.

    Yes, it's the right code for the x3100. GMA960 is the same thing.

    The company from which you ordered should already have any documentation and should simply be able to reference said documentation.

    Hey, I've tried searching because I just received my laptop and it also says it has the GMA 960. Where did you read that it's the same as the X3100 Santa Rosa platform?
