Hello, about the stereo mix status, recording still disabled? Any good workarounds?
Am recording stuff now & then, it's a feature that would be missed, and important in choosing the next laptops.
    Thanks for any info.

A secondary card was the "solution" to those with previous generations of stereo-mix-crippled models. ExpressCards might still be the easiest alternative.

Thanks for the info. So there's (still) no possibility for straight stereo-mix rec. Am using Audacity on my current laptops. Would get a T530 if there was in-laptop recording :(
