    I talked to a chat operator, and they told me the 10% BING cashback is not honored when using USPHOLIDAY.
    Is this true?

    Yes, that is true. You can't combine bing with the Lenovo coupon. I am not sure you can apply anything more to lower it. There are a few rare stackable coupons but most don't stack.
