On the row of little led status icons at the base of my x61s monitor, what does the fourth one from the right mean? (Between the HDD and Batt symbol) It is a circle with a zig-zag line through it.

There may or may not be stupid questions, but apparently there are stupid lights... I need an LED to tell me the computer's on? That's the entire reason for this light?

It's not stupid when you have computers that blank their own screens and shut themselves down. One does need to have an indication that a machine is on.
