I have had my W500 for almost a week and can not for the live of me figure out the switchable graphics. I believe I'm to right click on the battery icon and get a menu to allow the switch but all I get it the menu below. What am I missing? I have searched for hours but I must have missed something.

PS the keyboard is perfect. No give what so ever.

    W-Series have switchable graphics too.

To change the graphics, you are supposed to left-click on the big green battery on the taskbar (Lenovo Power manager) and goto Switchable Graphics ---> High Performance (ATI) or Energy Savings (Intel).

You can find more information at this website. http://www.jaloonz.com/2008/09/exploring-lenovo-thinkpad-t400s.html

By the way, I do not see Lenovo Power manager in your screenshot.

I appear to be missing the Lenovo green battery Icon. Does anyone know how to enable it?
