Oh yea, another plus was that I got the 4 year warranty along with it, and the Atheros based IBM wireless lan card, instead of the intel. I am still in shock... somebody pinch me lol

Wow ! I'm sitting here drooling, chanting to myself "I do not need a new computer, I do not need a new computer".

That "EPP for all" program sounds really nice.

What are you talking about? Products>notebooks>select "build it yourself" for the Z, then choose the options of your liking

****it, the z60m that was supposed to ship out 1/20 has been "printed" or something and about to ship out. I hope they catch that order in time so I don't have to deal with return shipping on it and crap.

Arg IBM, get your shipping dates correct.

When you used the EPP, when did the discount show up? Was it before or after you entered your credit card info? When I tried it, I got as far as the page where you enter your credit card info and then chickened out because the discount hadn't shown up yet (and I was afraid if I entered my credit card info and got the discount I would still want to chicken out but then it would be too late).

Also, according to the notebook and tech deals info on this site, the "EPP for All" pricing ended at midnight on 12/27, though you can still get to the page ( https://www-03.ibm.com/lenovo/shop/personalpages/public/index.cfm?&establish_cookie=true).
