    Synaptics Query

    I have a T61 with vista SP2 .I have a Synaptics touchpad with the latest drivers as installed by updates(15.0.18.0)

    I believe that Synaptics has released Multi touch and gesture sute with the newer drivers , but I cant see such options on my Laptop .
    I know Multi touch works on my touchpad as I have downloaded and am using the Synaptics Scrybe software ( three finger gesture is used to initiate the software)

    So can anyone tell me where is the problem? Why I cant get Multi touch?

    the multitouch doesn't work on the T61.

    well
    I am using Synaptics Scrybe downloaded from Synaptics website. To use it I swipe 3 fingers on the touchpad ...and it works.... so I suppose Multi touch works on t61 right?

    are you sure about that?   you may want to try installing the driver to see for yourself because the hardware is indeed supported.   i installed the original scrybe driver on two T60 systems last year.
